The Problem
ACST needed to offer their aging community an easy way to offer services and ministry specific information by accessing easy to update and edit software. They were looking for a simplified CMS that would allow anyone with a ministry specific email to update and add pages to a church website.
The Solution
The team worked with their community to understand the current challenges of their system. Conducting interviews, usability testing, and rounds of prototyping to simply their current CMS system, our team was able to create site that allowed a wide range of customization without the excess controls typically needed for larger organizations.
The Outcome
Offering templated pages, color palettes presets, and modular sections, their community quickly adopted the updated software and were able to create their own sites.
